When you mention fashion or style or beauty, what comes to mind?
Well, when I think of being a fashionista (one who eats, lives and breathes for fashion); I have to think of being fit and healthy. I do really believe in detoxes for the body and I want to relate some really simple “to-dos” down for you to experience the maximum in fashion and style by way of the max (in health). First, the body has four ways of depleteing itself of toxins, wastes, germs, yeasts etc. Through the mouth, feet, genitals and skin. It has been proven that a system balanced with the right bacteria helps normal PH levels create skin, eye, fluid and hair health both inside and outside the of body. To make resting easier and motivation for love simpler! [A great way to detox is to make a paste out of (1/4 part water and 1/4 part baking soda) & packing it on your feet and then covering your feet with plastic bags, and then putting on your socks to sleep for a short period of time, or when you feel like getting back up again].
Yoga stretching is another really good way of detoxing out the harmful yeast content of the body. Taken orally or inside your body (acidophilus pills) eliminates bacteria, controlling its long-term effects. Food Grade, tea tree oil taken one drop in 8oz of water 3 times a day cures yeast overgrowth as well (for the body). It is always good to take a shower and rub your body mixed with the cleansing soap and baking soda or bath salts and/or shampoo your hair in some good baking soda followed by mineral oil slathered on, while still wet, to promote soft, smooth, germ-free skin & body that is ready for the fashion plate and new fitting at the best of the best, to walk the runway of life or the actual catwalk, to be “Stunning” without apologies! You GO girl! My blog here will give details of fashion, trends, style and beauty care that can keep any Internet fashion-forward person on the dial of beta- success at-a-click.
Beauty Option #2
When apply facial cleansing, mix your moisturizing soap wash with a little baking soda and cleanse your face with it. you will have overnight results, making your skin brighter and more smooth and giving your face a gentle exfoliation treatment, all in one! I actually have two or three. After your soothing salt (shower) rub and hair spritzer. I recommend the sedative quality of “lavender oil” as an essential, fundemental sleep and relaxation inducer and nerve calmer. Also, a good “chaser” or follow-up for nerve renewal is “nervine or passionflower tonic.” For immediate pain relief, an herbal eye or body Pac (sold online or almost anywhere) is a good quencher and forgiver of all the late night party’s had at your “lovely bone’s” expense!
