You can try to perform as many activities as possible using the non-dominant hand, but some of them might become even heavier after longer period of time.
Play games that require thinking. You don’t need to solve some complex math problems to get your mind in good shape. Playing hidden objects games or activities as simple as crosswords or Sudoku can get you the needed influence on increasing your brain performance.
When possible, play video games or board games together with other people. By doing that you’ll stay socially active and intellectually engaged. Being in a competition while playing some time limited game will force you to focus and process information faster.
