Something that caught my attention as I watched the news, O’Neal Ron Morris was accused of injecting a person’s butt with cement. Apparently, there was speculation that O’Neal Ron Morris portrayed himself to be a doctor. I could not begin to imagine being injected with cement. Was this the result of someone trying to get something for nothing and things went wrong? Are people so desperate that they are looking for the cheapest way to go no matter what the cost might be? Was there any consideration to consider a professional plastic surgeon?
When contemplating plastic surgery you want to keep several things in mind. Rather than trying to get it done as cheap as possible, make sure that the person you go to is an accredited professional. You may have numerous questions that you should ask the accredited professional such as, “How many of these procedures have you performed?” ” What are the possible side effects?” “How long do you anticipate that the recovery time might be?” There are just too many shysters out there. Consider is it worth the risks that might be involved? I have often thought it would be so nice to take the fat off of one area of my body and put it on another part of my body that might really need it. But when I weighed the cost, I wondered again would it be worthy it?
I have seen in the news some women that are not satisfied with the size C breast enlargement. They want to go back and get a size D breast implant. Is bigger better? I once heard a man say that, “A mouth full was enough for him.”
As I watched the Dr. Phil Show, the young man that was accused of the being the other person’s accomplice was Corey Eubank. Corey was very upset. It was mentioned that in Los Angeles injections for larger butts was becoming in quite demand. Corey went on and on about all the compliments he received about the appearance of his Butt. Dr. Phil even had Corey to stand up and display his butt for the audience to see. Dr. Phil wanted to see why people wanted a Butt like Corey’s. I guess, I missed something. I did not see what was so fabulous about it. Then again it must be a matter of perception.
There may be times that plastic surgery is needed. For example a burn victim or a person injured in a bad car accident may need several surgeries to restore damaged skin. When I think people that have had more than 5 or 6 cosmetic surgeries because they wanted to change something about their bodies that they did not like, it becomes alarming to me.
How often have you heard about breast implants leaking into the body? This is serious business. There are no guarantees.
Botox parties might sound like a great idea, but is it really? I have heard of Avon Parties, Candle Parties, and Mary Kay Parties, but a Botox Party is something new for me. According to Robert Kotler, a board certified cosmetic facial surgeon, there is concern when a doctor offers to do a Botox seminar at a patient’s home. There is concern that it is not in a hospital setting. If there were complications at the time the specific medical equipment would not be available. This could be disastrous if a patient had uncontrollable bleeding or other complications. If I could afford it, I think I would probably think long and hard before having cosmetic plastic surgery. I think I could find many other things to spend my money on.
